L4D2 on L4D1 Maps

Once downloaded, place the map's .vpk file into your Left 4 Dead addons folder, usually found at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead
We recommend playing these maps on vanilla difficulty. While Veteran and Realism modes are supported, they're not ideal as some maps already include custom gameplay elements or rely on glows for navigation. Enjoy exploring these custom campaigns!
